About The Role
n
Relationships & Partnerships Manager
n
n
Manage, mentor, and support a team of local (NSW) and interstate Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve regional and national growth targets.
n
Implement and monitor team KPIs, pipeline activities, and conversion metrics through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
n
Cultivate a cohesive, collaborative team culture across geographic boundaries, ensuring interstate remote reports are aligned with head office strategies.
n
Coach the BDM team on best-practice relationship building, account management, and effective intake conversion within the sector.
n

Partnership Development & Strategic Growth
n
n
Maintain and grow a personal caseload of key strategic partnerships, corporate health relationships, and high-value referral accounts.
n
Actively promote My Guardian's services, brand, and values through high-level networking, industry events, and stakeholder engagement.Identify and pursue new national and regional referral networks, corporate partnerships, and community channels.
n




Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to develop innovative referral initiatives and localised growth strategies for the BDM team.
n
Oversee the conversion of major referral pipelines, ensuring a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for complex or high-profile accounts.
n
Work closely with NSW and interstate operational leaders to ensure the smooth transition of clients from the BDM pipeline to local care delivery teams.
n
Monitor early-stage client and partner satisfaction, proactively addressing feedback to preserve My Guardian's reputation for excellence.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven track record in managing direct reports, with specific experience managing remote or interstate teams highly regarded.
n
Strong background in relationship management, business development, or partnerships within the Aged Care or Disability (NDIS) sectors.
n
Deep understanding of Support at Home Packages (SaH), NDIS frameworks, funding pathways, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build trust with external partners.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage a personal workload while simultaneously driving team performance to meet organizational targets.
n
Robust experience utilizing CRM software or care management systems to track pipelines and team activity.
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally to support interstate direct reports and partners.
n
