UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Service Lead for the NQ Secure Program, a 24/7 DFV telephone service across North Queensland. You will supervise a team of DFV Practitioners delivering intake, screening, triage, risk assessment and support to individuals experiencing domestic and family violence.
The role involves leading day-to-day operations, rostering, budgeting and ensuring safety and high-quality service delivery in a busy, not-for-profit setting.
