About the Role
n
As a HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Overseeing air conditioning and mechanical services projects from inception to completion.
n
Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
n
Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
n
Conducting detailed site take-offs and measures.
n
Estimating, tendering, and managing procurement processes.
n
Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions.
n
Providing technical expertise to the project team and sub-contractors.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in HVAC project management, including commercial installs, fit-outs, and refurbishments.
n




Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, condenser water, DX, ventilation).
n
A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience with ductwork installation, take-offs, and site measuring.
n
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
Experience in tendering and quoting in the HVAC field.
n
Strong experience in the sheet metal field.
n
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
n
Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects.
n
