Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead and rove across our VIC hub, delivering high-quality meals for residents across sites. This full time role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no late nights or weekends and opportunities to mentor teams and shape the food program.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and bring 5+ years of Head Chef experience in aged care or hotels, creating nutritious menus and hero moments for residents while covering Head Chef and Sous Chef
