The Role
n
We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer who:
n
n
Has delivered at least two project start-to-finish as a PE, or
n
Is an experienced SPE ready for a new challenge
n
n
Work on high-profile internal mixed-use developments in the CBD and city fringe. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and make a tangible impact.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects with quality, compliance, and timely delivery
n
Manage bids, subcontractors, and supplier negotiations
n
Oversee documentation, budgets, and progress claims
n
Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, clients, and subcontractors
n
Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with delivered projects
n
Experience across all disciplines: structures, façade, fit-out, and services
n
Exposure to large mixed-use developments highly desirable
n
Exceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skills
n
Proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take ownership of complex projects
n
