Workday Integrations Principal Consultant
n

Helps others by driving, organizing and assigning tasks within a projectworkstream in order to drive productive completion and achieve project

goals.
n
Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and
configurationdecisions
based on best practices and an understanding of the client'sunique business requirements at all stages of the project.
n
Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project,ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCMsolution.
n
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping theclient, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changesor progress related to the project.
n
Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
n
Display your hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading clientdata, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and
configuringbusiness
processes and security.
n
Utilize your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into dataconversion templates via iLoads.
n




Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providingsupport for shadow assignments.
n
Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to shareones skills and learnings with others within the organization.
n
Skills & Requirements:
n
Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience
n
Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred
n
Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform)
n
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
n
B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
n
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
n
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision
