The opportunity
n
A leading Sydney property styling business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across NSW.
n
This is a genuine hunter role for someone who can open doors, build influential relationships and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. You will work with real estate agents, property developers, architects and other key decision-makers who influence how properties are prepared and presented for sale.

What you'll do
n
n
Develop recent business across Sydney and broader NSW
n
Build solid relationships with real estate agencies, developers, architects and project marketers
n
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial approach through to signed agreement
n
Identify opportunities to position property styling as a valuable part of the sales process
n
Attend client meetings, industry events, property launches and site visits
n




Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts
n
Work closely with the styling, operations and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A proven track record in business development and new client acquisition
n
Experience in furniture sales, property styling, interiors, architecture, real estate, building products or another relevant industry
n
An established network within Sydney's property, design or development market would be highly regarded
n
Strong commercial instincts and confidence dealing with senior decision-makers
n
A polished, consultative approach with the drive to win new business
n
The ability to work autonomously and consistently deliver against revenue targets
n
n
