Contract Administrator – Class 2 Apartments Project in Bowral, NSW is an on-site role delivering a $60M residential development. You will support procurement through to completion, working with the Senior Project Manager and site teams to manage financial and contractual aspects.

The ideal candidate has proven Class 2 apartment project experience in NSW, solid knowledge of contracts, excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management.
