Structured Rotations - A comprehensive introduction to the world of real estate through a structured rotation program across some of our key divisions, including Asset Management, Leasing, Sales, Valuations & Advisory, and Capital Markets across a range of sectors including Industrial, Retail, Office, Hotels and Residential.

Mentorship & Support - Guidance from carefully selected senior mentors who will provide ongoing support and feedback as you grow and gain hands‐on experience.

Who We Are Looking For
n
We're seeking motivated and curious individuals who are ready to build a career in commercial real estate.
n
You will bring:
n
n
A recent qualification, with studies to be completed in **** or ****, or completed within the past two years.
n
A degree in property or finance is advantageous, however we welcome applicants from all disciplines.
n
A genuine interest in the property industry, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
n
A proactive, positive attitude, combined with curiosity and a drive to succeed.
n




Demonstrated initiative through extracurricular activities or engagement with the property industry.
