We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Supervisor to oversee day‐to‐day site operations across multiple housing projects. This role is perfect for a hands‐on professional who thrives on coordinating trades, maintaining build quality, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily on‐site construction activities
n
Coordinate and schedule trades, deliveries, and subcontractors
n
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and building codes
n
Monitor project timelines and progress
n
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits
n
Resolve on‐site issues promptly to avoid delays
n




Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
n
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Building Supervisor (residential preferred)
n
Robust knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and OH&S; requirements
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Trade qualification or
building/construction
background preferred
n
