They're a business that has always understood retail down to the smallest detail; how product is presented, how a store is looked after, and now wants that same care and attention brought to the website.
This role is responsible for executing how product and collections are presented, merchandised and enriched across the ecommerce experience.
About the job
Execute product creation and enrichment in Shopify: imagery, copy, attributes and care information
Execute digital merchandising and product presentation across every category and market, building seasonal stories through product sequencing, outfitting, colour flow and visual storytelling that's commercially effective and true to brand
Review merchandising weekly, adjusting for new deliveries, inventory and trading priorities
Support ecommerce creative for seasonal campaigns and key trading moments, including retouching and asset prep
Keep a meticulous eye across the site, catching inconsistencies in imagery, layout or presentation and flagging opportunities to improve the client journey




About you
Some experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce content or product coordination
Comfortable working in Shopify (or keen to learn fast) and confident running a task end-to-end
A positive eye for detail and style. We're talking for colour, layout, sequencing and the small inconsistencies most people scroll past
Commercially minded. You can connect what's happening with stock and trade to what should be showing online
Organised and proactive, with the confidence to bring your work to senior sign-off polished and ready to go
You think like a customer; what should someone see first, what products should be merchandised together, especially on mobile
