Job Description
IsAlbi is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day inbound and outbound distribution centre activities in Truganina, VIC. You will work under the DC Operations Manager, directly supervising two Team Leaders and a ~14-person team to ensure protected, on-time, and quality picking, packing and dispatch.

This hands-on leadership role requires on-floor presence, proactive problem solving, and a focus on safety, continuous improvement and meeting KPIs.
