Job Description
Mount Macedon Winery is seeking a hungry, hands-on sales leader to own revenue growth across weddings, functions, corporate events and other streams. You will drive the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to booking, while safeguarding the brand through coordinated marketing and partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in senior sales/marketing within hospitality or events, a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, and solid CRM, negotiation and presentation skills.
