Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Insurance -QLD

We are looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Business Manager to join our growing dealership team.
n
This is an opportunity for a high-performing finance professional who knows how to build customer relationships, maximise every finance opportunity and work closely with a strong sales team to deliver results.
n
You will take ownership of the finance process from customer introduction through to approval, settlement and delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
n
The Role
n
n
Proactively manage every sold order and finance opportunity
n
Manage finance applications from introduction through to approval and settlement
n
Present suitable finance and insurance solutions professionally and transparently
n
Maximise finance penetration, conversion and income per vehicle
n
Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to create strong finance introductions and handovers
n
Coach the sales team to improve finance opportunities and conversion
n
Follow up pending and incomplete applications and work with lenders to achieve the best possible outcome
n
Build robust relationships with lenders and finance-provider representatives
n
Ensure finance is fully approved, settled and cleared prior to vehicle delivery
n
Maintain accurate daily reporting across applications, approvals,



settlements and finance performance
n
Consistently achieve monthly finance and profitability KPIs
n
Maintain strong standards across responsible lending, privacy and compliance
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Automotive Business Manager / F&I; experience preferred (DEALERSHIP)
n
Strong sales, finance, negotiation and closing skills
n
Proven track record of achieving targets
n
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of dealership operations
n
Proactive and confident working with customers and the sales team
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Flexibility to work weekends as required
n
