Loanworks makes finance accessible for lenders, aggregators and brokers across Australia. We've been funding mortgages for over 20 years — and we're growing fast. Our Funding team sits at the heart of that growth, running a substantial program across warehouse facilities and the securitisation (RMBS) market.

The Opportunity
n
Join our Funding team as a Treasury Analyst and play a hands-on role in the liquidity management and growth initiatives that keep our capital foundation strong. You'll:

Monitor and manage daily cash positions, keeping the business liquid and operating smoothly
n
Manage warehouse borrowing facilities, including covenant monitoring
n
Prepare month-end reporting for funders and investors
n
Spot opportunities for process improvement and lead automation initiatives
n
Prepare and manage RMBS transactions
n
Keep our data and models accurate and audit-ready
n

Who we're looking for
n




You're analytical but big-picture — someone who spots the patterns in complex data and can translate them into insights that shape real business decisions. You're precise without losing sight of why the precision matters.

What you'll bring
n
n
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
n
2+ years' experience in financial services
n
Securitisation experience, with a solid understanding of reporting requirements
n
A knack for building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
n
Genuine curiosity and a passion for analysis
n
Comfort operating in a complex, fast-moving setting
n
The ability to work independently and thrive in a team
n
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
n
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
n
Confidence with data warehouse and
presentation/visualisation
tools
n
