Hi we are looking for an experienced residential pre purchase building and pest inspector on a casual or sub contract basis. May include:
n
Full inspection and report completion
n
Inspection only with defect pictures sent
n
Inspect and report using a mobile app
n
The above to be discussed depending on your experience and exisiting set up.
n
You must be polite, friendly, conscientious, punctual, detail oriented, neat and tidy, quick and accurate. Will be working in Sydney metro area.
n
Must have suitable vehicle, inspection tools, insurance preferred....full requirements to be discussed.
n
Sub contract remuneration will be excellent for the right person.
