Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor , experienced on the finishes, to join on amajor $110M project in Perth's southern suburbs, with approximately six months remaining on the project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Supervisor with a strong finishes background who has delivered complex government, health or similarly high-specification projects.
n
The Role:
n
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day delivery of finishing works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
You will play a key role in managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and maintaining quality through to project completion.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities, with a particular focus on finishes and final delivery.
n
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
n
Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the program.
n
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, resourcing and quality.
n
Drive the short-term lookahead program and coordinate upcoming site activities.
n
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship across the project.
n
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to maintain project progress.
n




Manage finishing works through to defect-free completion and handover.
n
Ensure quality documentation and project deliverables are completed progressively and ahead of practical completion.
n
Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and consultants to ensure a coordinated delivery.

About You:
n
Proven experience supervising complex building projects, particularly at the finishing stage.
n
Strong finishes experience, with a detailed eye for quality and workmanship.
n
Previous experience delivering government, health, institutional or similarly complex projects.
n
Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally in the $100M+ range.
n
A trade background and/or relevant construction qualification.
n
Solid subcontractor management and coordination skills.
n
A proactive approach to safety, quality and project delivery.
n
The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
n
Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead trades and subcontractors on site.
n
A proven ability to work to program and drive projects through to completion.
