A well-established St George agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team. This is a quality role with real support structures in place and a team around you to help you do the job well.

The Role
n
180 properties. Monday to Friday. Leasing, admin and accounts all supported separately. A property officer assists with inspections.

What You Will Be Doing
n
Managing all aspects of your portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance. Working alongside a property officer who assists with inspections,



and supported by a dedicated leasing, admin and accounts team so you can focus on portfolio performance and client relationships.

About You
n
You are an experienced Senior Property Manager with a strong residential PM background. Confident, organised and skilled at managing a quality portfolio and building long-term client relationships. You take pride in your work and are looking for a role where the team and structure genuinely support you. NSW Real Estate Licence held.
