The Role
n
Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers, you'll support the delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion while building your technical, commercial and client management skills.
n
You'll gain hands-on experience across every phase of project delivery, with increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Assist with project delivery from feasibility through to handover
n
Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
n
Attend client, design and site meetings
n
Support procurement and contract administration
n
Assist with programme, budget and risk management
n
Coordinate project documentation and approvals
n
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
n
Prepare client reports and meeting minutes
n
Support project handovers and defect management
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
1-3+ years' experience in client-side project management, construction, consultancy or project coordination
n
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
A passion for construction, development and project delivery
n
n
