About The Opportunity
n
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate daily factory operations, manage production workflows, and ensure the efficient movement of materials and finished products across the manufacturing process.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating day-to-day production activities within the factory
n
Managing stock levels and ordering factory consumables
n




Coordinating the dispatch of completed timber windows and doors
n
Reading and interpreting production plans and drawings
n
Assisting with the daily manufacturing requirements of the workshop
n
Organising the movement of stock between factory locations
n
Liaising closely with office production staff to ensure smooth workflow
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Current Forklift Licence (Essential)
n
Previous experience within timber manufacturing, joinery, or a similar production environment
n
Experience coordinating production, warehouse, or factory operations
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented team
n
