About the Role
n
The Senior Network Engineer helps customers maximize network performance, availability, and functionality to support their business objectives. Acting as the primary customer-facing representative, they deliver expert technical solutions, services, and support, ensuring networks are effectively managed and optimized while contributing in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities
n
n
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and support.
n
Develop deep knowledge of customer network environments, critical sites, and operational procedures.
n
Provide dedicated technical support for complex network issues and critical outage escalations.
n
Proactively monitor cases, drive resolutions, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
n




Participate in case reviews and customer engagements, delivering technical insights and recommendations.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Solid expertise in Routing and Switching technologies (IOS-XR / IOS-XE / NX-OS).
n
Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms including ASR****, NCS********, ASR****, and Nexus ********* series.
n
Proficiency in network automation and troubleshooting using Python, Ansible, TCL, and EEM scripting.
n
In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, BNG, Segment Routing, and EVPN technologies.
n
Experience supporting Enterprise solutions, including Data Centre, Wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
n
Cisco certifications are preferred (CCIE etc).
