Jb Hi-Fi & The Valuable Guys is seeking an Internal Sales & Customer Service Specialist to help tradies get the right gear. You'll handle enquiries across phone, email, trade accounts, walk-ins and online channels, and own online sales with practical, no-nonsense service.
You'll close sales, maintain communication, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to keep orders moving. Experience in internal/B2B sales and comfort with AI tools is preferred.
