Project Manager – Commercial HVAC Melbourne, VIC $150,000 – $170,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a well‐established contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC projects across Melbourne?

We're partnering with a respected mechanical services contractor with a strong reputation for repeat business, quality delivery and a collaborative team culture. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects from award through to completion.

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for managing several mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Projects typically range from $200k to $1.5M across a variety of sectors including:

Commercial offices
n
Education
n
Healthcare
n
Retail
n
Industrial
n
Hospitality
n
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Manage projects from handover through to practical completion.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams.
n
Monitor programme, budget and project performance.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and builders.
n




Manage procurement of mechanical equipment and materials.
n
Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
n
Oversee commissioning, defect resolution and project close-out.
n
Ensure projects comply with all safety and quality requirements.
n

About You You'll ideally have experience delivering commercial mechanical projects and enjoy working in a fast‐paced setting. We're interested in candidates with:
n
n
Experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a PM role.
n
Commercial HVAC or Mechanical Services experience.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
Sound commercial and financial awareness.
n
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
n
