Brisbane CBD location with a well-established construction business Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles Collaborative people team with strong hiring manager exposure About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles within a fast-paced construction setting.
Working closely with hiring managers and the broader People Culture team, you will manage recruitment activity from advertising and proactive sourcing through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, taking ownership of their vacancies and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and recruitment needs Develop and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK and internal networks Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews, reference checks,



offers and pre-employment requirements Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information Support continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate experience Skills Experience: Previous experience within Talent Acquisition or recruitment Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related industry will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, SEEK and other recruitment platforms Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Strong organisation and time management with the ability to manage multiple vacancies Professional communication skills and a candidate-focused approach Comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment Culture: This is an excellent opportunity to join an established construction business with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
