About the Role
n
As a Commercial Property Software Consultant, you'll guide new clients through their onboarding journey with Rex Cirrus8, helping them transition confidently from their existing processes and systems onto our platform.
n
You'll work closely with commercial property professionals to understand how their businesses operate, deliver tailored product training, and help translate their existing property management processes into Rex Cirrus8.
n




Combining your commercial property knowledge with training, relationship management and project coordination, you'll play an important role in setting our clients up for long‐term success.
n
Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training
n
n
Own the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go live
n
Learn about each client's commercial property portfolio, processes and ways of working
n
Develop structured training plans tailored to individual client needs
n
Deliver engaging Rex Cirrus8 training sessions both online and in person
n
Help clients understand how to apply the platform to their day‐to‐day property management processes
n
Provide ongoing training and guidance to support strong product adoption
n
n
Client Experience & Relationship Management
n
n
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout onboarding
n
Build strong, trusted relationships with commercial property professionals
n
Use your industry knowledge to understand client challenges and provide practical guidance
n
Identify and address training gaps that could impact successful adoption
n
Support clients following go live and guide them towards relevant self‐service resources
n
n
Project Coordination & Implementation
n
n
Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables and key milestones
n
Coordinate client kick offs, training and data review sessions
n
Work closely with our Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition onto Rex Cirrus8
n
Communicate progress and expectations clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
n




Contribute ideas to continuously improve our onboarding experience, training resources and processes
n

Experience & Skills
n
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
Experience within commercial real estate or commercial property, ideally in property management, lease administration, trust accounting or property operations
n
A strong understanding of commercial property processes and the day‐to‐day challenges faced by property professionals
n
Confidence working with clients and building trusted professional relationships
n
Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain processes or systems clearly
n
Robust organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines
n
Confidence learning new technology and systems
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
n
n
Experience with property management software or implementing new systems is highly regarded, but you don't need to come from a PropTech or software background. If you know commercial property and enjoy helping others learn, we can help you build the software expertise.
