As a result of organic growth, we're seeking a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to champion the success of their Brisbane team.

The Role Provide training coaching to a team of Rehabilitation Consultants Foster great relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers treating practitioners Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW injury management services Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic functional assessments Identify barriers to recovery develop practical RTW solutions Achieve positive recovery, engagement return to work outcomes Initially, your role will involve approximately 25% leadership (training, coaching customers) 75% proactive case management Travel to visit clients around Brisbane - referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible The Benefits Salary $*******K + Super + Bonus Incentive program with significant earning potential - one of the most generous schemes in the industry!
