POSITION Due to growth and the need to provide the Director with more support, the position of Senior Manager has been created.
This role will involve: Manage circa $1.5m in fees Manage, mentor and develop a team of 6 on shore staff and some off shore resources Working closely with the Director to grow the firm and the day to day operations New business development Working on high level advisory projects CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: CA/CPA 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Ability to manage client relationships Experience managing staff both on shore and off shore Experience with advisory Solid tax knowledge Exceptional communication and presentation skills Great longevity in previous roles and a reliable employment history BENEFITS If you are looking for a role with genuine partnership progression, apply today!
