24th August, **** AAMG is currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join the maintenance team at Caval Ridge Mine .
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters with ancillary equipment experience looking for long-term work on a consistent 7/7 day/night shift roster.
About the Role As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs of ancillary mining equipment at Saraji Mine.
Key responsibilities include: Maintain, service, breakdown repairs and fault finding Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment faults Participating in toolbox and safety meetings Completing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments and JSAs Maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity About You To be successful in this role, you will have:



Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate Demonstrated experience working on mobile mining equipment Current Driver Licence Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills Commitment to protected and productive work practices Ability to work effectively within a team What's on Offer 7/7 Day Shift / Night Shift roster Bus transport provided from Mackay or DIDO arrangements for locals Competitive hourly rates + Superannuation paid on all hours worked Weekly pay cycle Long-term career opportunities PPE and uniforms provided If you're an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter with HME experience looking for ongoing mining work and a reliable 7/7 roster, we'd love to hear from you.
