Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for a Digital Business Analyst join their team on a 6-month assignment with possible extensions Responsibilities: Gather, document, and validate functional and non‐functional requirements for the MAS 9.1 Gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and business requirements.
Work closely with Product Owners, designers, developers and testers to deliver digital solutions.
Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and Agile delivery activities.
Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
Support UAT, defect management and release activities.
Use customer insights, analytics and research to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor digital product performance and recommend enhancements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital products Experience working on customer-facing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms is essential.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.
Strong Agile experience working within Scrum and/or Kanban environments.




Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with Product Owners, developers, testers and designers.
Understanding of APIs, integrations and technical solution delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting UAT and delivery activities.
Exposure to digital analytics, customer insights or UX research tools is desirable.
