About the Opportunity Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a confidential client in the heavy resources sector to source an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 3-month temporary contract, based in the Brisbane CBD.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on TA professional to take ownership of recruitment across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio.
This role will see you managing end-to-end talent acquisition for both blue collar and white collar positions across multiple sites, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality talent outcomes in a technically complex, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and white collar roles across multiple sites Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a broad and varied requisition load Coordinate interviews, gather feedback,
