Key Responsibilities: Oversee major civil projects from commencement through to completion Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard About You: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role Strong background delivering major civil infrastructure projects Experience across defence, roads, infrastructure,
