This full-time role is 76 hours per fortnight across a broad rostering system and requires you to relocate and live on the island at K'gari Beach Resort.




About the Role Reporting to the Head Chef, the Demi Chef is responsible for cooking and serving general and specialised meals for guests according to menu guidelines, recipes and K'gari Beach Resort standards.
You will bring flair, teamwork and motivation to the kitchen while supporting the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
