We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a highly regarded and well-established food and beverage manufacturer based in Melbourne's South East .
This is an exciting prospect to join a reputable brand operating a high-speed manufacturing environment , where you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and efficiency of production equipment.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, technically strong and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where preventative and reactive maintenance are critical to maintaining production.
Reporting to the maintenance leadership team, you will be responsible for: Performing preventative and reactive maintenance across high-speed production equipment Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults Supporting production to minimise equipment downtime Conducting fault finding,



troubleshooting and repairs Assisting with planned maintenance, shutdowns and continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining equipment reliability and ensuring production standards are met Working closely with production, engineering and maintenance teams Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation Contributing to a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Fitter within a high-speed manufacturing environment Mandatory Krones or KHS equipment experience Strong experience working with high-speed production machinery Experience within food
