The culture at this firm is highly social, not stuffy, collaborative, and genuinely supportive where you learn directly from industry-leading partners The Opportunity We are actively seeking an ambitious Commercial Lawyer (from 2 years pae upwards) to step into a client-facing role where you will work on a range of front-end commercial matters.
You will work closely with the partners, you will enjoy direct client contact and the chance to take real ownership of matters from inception to completion.
This is a fantastic step for a solicitor looking to expand their commercial portfolio within a respected, market-leading mid-tier firm.
Key Responsibilities Draft Negotiate: Formulate complex commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, service contracts, joint venture documents, and terms of trade.
Corporate Transactions: Assist with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and commercial business sales/purchases.
Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Provide strategic, practical advice on a range of issues, including consumer law, franchising guidelines.
Client Relationship Management:



Act as a reliable daily point of contact for corporate clients, breaking down complex legal issues into transparent, commercial strategies.
About You Experience: Have at least 2 years of pae specializing primarily in commercial or corporate law.
Experience in property law will be highly regarded but not essential.
Skills: Possesses robust drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for identifying commercial opportunities and risks.
Mindset: Demonstrates strong commercial acumen—you don't just quote the law; you deliver practical business solutions.
