Our client, a highly respected organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to 2 Executives based in Brisbane.
This is a pivotal role for a confident and engaging EA who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage competing priorities and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will ensure seamless coordination across busy schedules while maintaining professionalism, discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Complex diary and calendar management across multiple senior stakeholders Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and managing logistics Travel and accommodation arrangements Inbox management and correspondence on behalf of executives Preparation of presentations, reports and business documentation Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinating leadership meetings,



events and team functions Managing confidential information with discretion Providing ad hoc administrative and project support About You: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives Financial services experience is highly desirable Bright, personable, and professional approach Able to remain calm and composed under pressure Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working autonomously Comfortable working in the office five days per week and being highly visible to the leadership team What's on Offer?
