This high-volume outlet operates as a café and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages.
It's an environment that's always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new team members Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service Ensure compliance with all licensing and health safety requirements Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures Our perfect fit Strong leadership and problem solving skills,



with ability to motivate and inspire others Experience in a similar position or extensive F B experience Excellent communication skills Passionate hospitality professional Is hands-on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail Available to work weekdays weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs Knowledgeable working with POS systems Well presented with strong attention to detail Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking RSA Competency Card The Perks!
