POSITION Due to incredible growth, the position of 100% remote manager has been created.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Manage a high quality client portfolio providing compliance and advisory services Manage a talented offshore team and review their work CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: CA/CPA Qualified 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Minimum of 2 years experience reviewing work completed by junior staff Experience working with an offshore team Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable) Experience with XPM and Xero Previous experience working remotely from home Strong technical tax knowledge Excellent home internet Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable) Happy to attend the office (Brisbane) on an ad hoc basis (once a month/quarter)
