With a strong pipeline of work and a high-performing team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within a respected national firm.
About the Role As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across a diverse portfolio of private sector projects.
You will be responsible for: Managing cost planning, estimating and cost reporting across projects from feasibility through to completion.
Providing commercial and strategic cost advice to clients, developers and project stakeholders.
Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, tender documentation, procurement advice and contract variations.




Managing client relationships and working closely with project teams, consultants and contractors.
Supporting the development of junior team members while contributing to the growth of the broader business.
Experience Required 5+ years' experience within quantity surveying, cost management or a related construction/commercial environment.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
Strong experience working across private sector projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
Excellent understanding of cost planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
A commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic advice and identify project risks and opportunities.
