An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to join a large and evolving organisation as they continue to strengthen their people capability and prepare for their next stage of growth.
This newly elevated role will move beyond traditional recruitment, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, succession strategies, talent pipelines and organisational capability initiatives across the business.
Leading a small team while remaining strategically and operationally connected to the business, you will have the opportunity to influence how talent is attracted, developed and retained in a complex and fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity Reporting into the People Culture function, you will: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives and future workforce requirements.
Partner with senior leaders to understand capability gaps and workforce risks.
Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives.
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Drive succession planning and talent mapping activities across the organisation.
Utilise market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
Enhance recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
Lead and develop a small Talent Acquisition team, promoting accountability, capability and continuous improvement.
Leverage data and reporting to influence workforce and talent decisions.
About You You are a strategic Talent Acquisition or Workforce Planning professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing broader people outcomes.
You will bring: Demonstrated experience leading Talent Acquisition functions or teams.
Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning.
Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
Experience developing talent strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to utilise talent data and insights to drive decision-making.
Experience improving recruitment processes, systems and operational effectiveness.
A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
