We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a Heavy Diesel Mechanical background to join our team at Vickery Mine .
This is more than just a supervisor role — you'll be leading a skilled maintenance team, driving performance and playing a key role in keeping a high-performing mining fleet moving.

You'll: Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance personnel Coordinate daily mobile plant maintenance activities Oversee breakdowns, fault finding,



diagnostics and repairs Drive preventative maintenance and fleet availability Ensure maintenance schedules, targets and KPIs are achieved Work closely with site leadership, clients and internal teams Champion a strongsafety-first culture Identify opportunities to improve maintenance performance and reliability What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines robust technical knowledge with the leadership skills to get the best from their team.
You'll have: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining A strong Heavy Diesel Mechanical / mobile plant background Experience with diagnostics, breakdowns and preventative maintenance A relevant Australian trade qualification Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety requirements Proven leadership and mentoring capability Current Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights Pre-employment checks include a medical assessment, drug alcohol screening and a valid National Police Clearance.
