Contracts Administrator - Fit Out Refurb Sydney (South) $120k – $140k + Super I'm working with a well-established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor that's looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Administrator to support its growing Major Projects team.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects across commercial fit outs, large-scale refurbishments, heritage buildings, hospitality, education and government projects, with values ranging from $2M to $20M+.
About the Company Our client has been delivering complex fit out and refurbishment projects across NSW for nearly four decades, earning a strong reputation for quality delivery, repeat clients and collaborative project teams.
They specialise in delivering projects in live and high-profile environments where planning, coordination and commercial management are critical.
About the Role Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll take ownership of the commercial administration of major projects from procurement through to final account.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in every stage of project delivery while gaining exposure to complex commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes and contract administration Process progress claims, variations and payment schedules Prepare RFIs, purchase orders and project documentation Assist with cost reporting,
