n The Role
n Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
n You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

n The Role
n Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
n You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

Individual Support Plan

Health Care Plan

Medication Plan
n
Meal Plan
n
Manual Handling Plan
n
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Maintain and monitor client support plans
n
Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
n
Build qualified and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
n
Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
n
Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
n
Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)
n
n
Skills & Essential Requirements
n
n
Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Current Manual Handling Certificate
n
Current Assist with Medication Certificate
n
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Valid working rights in Australia
n
