AustCorp Executive seeks an HR & WHS Coordinator for a newly created Brisbane operation serving ~90 employees in a busy manufacturing and construction setting. The role blends roughly 60% HR and 40% WHS and offers ownership of the HR and safety function.

Practical experience is valued over formal qualifications. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, records, compliance, and day-to-day people matters, with broad exposure to WHS processes and audits.
