Responsibilities

Design and implement customer identity solutions using Auth0.
n
Build secure authentication and authorisation services for customer‐facing applications and digital platforms.
n
Configure and customise login, registration, profile management and self‐service identity journeys.
n
Develop and maintain integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and other modern identity standards.
n
Design federation solutions with enterprise identity providers and third‐party platforms.
n
Implement Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication and risk‐based access controls.
n
Develop custom identity workflows, Actions and integrations to support complex customer and business requirements.
n
Collaborate with application, platform and security teams to deliver secure‐by‐design solutions.
n
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical leadership and engineering best practices.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Solid experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
n
Hands‐on experience with Auth0.
n
Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Federation, Single Sign‐On (SSO) and Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA).
n




Experience integrating identity platforms with modern web, mobile and API‐based applications.
n
Experience working with one or more of the following languages:
JavaScript/Node.js,
TypeScript, C#, Java or Python.
n
Experience with cloud‐native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
n
Excellent problem‐solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
Experience with other identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity, ForgeRock or SailPoint.
n
Experience designing CIAM solutions for large‐scale customer‐facing platforms.
n
Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access and modern security architectures.
n
Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare or utilities.
