Job Description
Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a part time support worker to provide in-home care for a young adult with complex health and learning needs and a therapy dog. You will work in his own home in Swavesey, Cambridge, with overnight stays and versatile shifts to support daily living, mobility, and social activities.
