Downlands College is seeking applications for a Full time, Fixed Term Boarding Supervisor (boys boarding) to commence September **** and concluding at the end of the school year.

Requirements
n
n
Experience working with young people in educational, residential care, or youth settings.
n
Demonstrated capacity to build positive and respectful relationships with adolescents.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills grounded in empathy and understanding.
n
Alignment with, and willingness to support, the MSC ethos and Catholic identity of the College.
n




Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
n
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD), or ability to obtain.
n
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
n
Qualifications or studies in education, youth work, counselling, or related fields.
n
Experience Supporting the wellbeing of young men.
