We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect (Technical) to join a dynamic design team on a contract basis.

About the Role
n
Reporting under the general direction of the Parks Design Coordinator, the Senior Landscape Architect will provide high-level design and technical support across a range of projects including parks, open space, road landscape, and urban design initiatives.
n
The role requires the ability to work independently, applying established design practices while exercising initiative and professional judgement to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide professional landscape architecture and urban design advice
n
Deliver design solutions for parks, open space, and road landscape projects
n
Prepare accurate and high-quality design documentation
n
Use initiative to apply established technical and design practices
n




Support planning and delivery of open space and public realm projects
n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff
n
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree) in Landscape Architecture or related design field
n
Proven experience in a skilled landscape architecture environment
n
Strong ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality design outcomes
n
High-level proficiency in:n
n
Freehand sketching and conceptual design
n
AutoCAD
n
Adobe Creative Suite
n
Desktop publishing and presentation software
n
Microsoft Office Suite
n
n
n
