About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer Lead to provide day-to-day leadership of the engineering function within the the Equipment Service.
n
This role is critical in ensuring community equipment is maintained, repaired and available to meet service demands while supporting compliance and high quality service delivery
n
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the engineering team
n
Oversee equipment, maintenance, servicing, repair and refurbishment.
n
Ensure compliance with LOLER, Health & Safety and infection control requirements
n
Manage Workloads and priorities to meet operational demands
n
Support audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
n
Maintain accurate records and performance standards
