About You This is a permanent, full-time position for ****, commencing Thursday, 28 January.
About the role:



This Year Coordinator position will attract a capable and creative educator who has a lead role in creating and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming environment to support student wellbeing and learning within the designated year group.
This role works with the Leader of Wellbeing, Assistant Leader of Wellbeing and the Wellbeing Team to build a safe and caring environment in which our Marist girls can thrive.
The Year Coordinator is responsible for coordinating effective Wellbeing Programs, supporting student case-management and leading systems of wellbeing and student management that create a positive and productive teaching and learning workplace.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate; For the leadership role: a commitment to supporting the positive religious culture of a Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition the capacity to lead the College Wellbeing programs and initiatives and support the wellbeing and learning needs of students in a Year group the ability to dynamically lead a Year group and teachers effective communication skills when liaising with internal and external wellbeing support, as well as with parents an understanding of and ability to support student case-management.
This leadership role attracts a 2-point remuneration with appropriate time allowance within the timetable.

curiosity and collaboration in students with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools a commitment to excellence in differentiated pedagogy and assessment in your teaching area an understanding of and ability to effectively enhance student achievement and performance which is informed by evidence-based approaches and the skilled use of data the ability to work and teach as part of a team a willingness to be involved in the College's co-curricular activities a genuine desire to build professional relationships which promote a shared commitment and a sense of achievement a tertiary qualification in Education NESA accreditation Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead .
