About the Position As the Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, acting as the trusted advisor to committees and owners while ensuring each property is managed efficiently and professionally.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strata and community-titled properties.
n
Develop strong, long-term relationships with committees, owners, contractors, and key stakeholders.
n
Prepare for and facilitate AGM, EGM, and committee meetings.
n
Provide practical advice regarding legislation, compliance, governance, and by-laws.
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance.
n
Assist with budgets, insurance renewals, financial reporting, and levy administration.
n




Resolve enquiries and complex issues with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure all portfolio administration is completed to a high standard.
